Straight answers first. AI is good at sorting requests and drafting replies. Simple automation handles the rest, like reminders that go out on time. AI isn't right every time, so anything that could cost you a client gets a person checking it. And sometimes the fix isn't AI at all. If a shared calendar would do the job, we'll say so.

Splits a household's chores by the time each person actually has. When a fair split isn't possible, it says so and says why. It never fudges the numbers until the bars look even. It was checked against thirteen household setups, with the right answers worked out by hand first.
A watch app that sounds the start signals for a sailboat race, even with the screen off and no phone nearby. In testing on a real watch, the app triggered all 150 signals within 61 milliseconds of their marks. The case study quotes the worst case, not the average, on purpose.
Pairs sailboat skippers who need crew with people who want to race. A phone number is shared only between the two people in a match. That rule lives in the database, so going around the app doesn't get around the rule.
The guardrails for building with AI. AI tools do much of the typing. They can't merge or delete anything on their own. Guard scripts refuse those moves before they run, so merging stays with a person. No guard is trusted until it has refused something on purpose.
